dis post is abt fillial piety.



wat is fillial piety?? dat is the question i ask. let's give a few answers.

1. being fillial (like, DUH)
2. respecting ur parents/grandparents/godparents, and so on.
3. not hurting ur parents/grandparents/godparents in any way, be it physical or emotional.
4. not labelling ur parents/grandparents/godparents.

i m sad to announce dat the aforementioned points have juz been broken by 1 person. for example, calling her mother 'biased'. n den publishing it on the world wide web for all to see. r parents biased? ok, so maybe for some. but definitely NOT the mother dat we r toking abt.

n whose mother r we toking abt? obviously, the answer is, my mother. let's tell the story.

so, i owe dis person $21 AT FIRST. den, i gave her 2 pedicures, each which costs $3 n $2 respectively. dat equals to $21-$5, rite? so it equals to $16.

thereafter, i helped her walk her dog, whom i shall call J. let us recap. ==rewind to 2 yrs ago==

"Mummy, buy dis dog leh!! i promise i will walk it n bathe it n clean its shit n urine!!! buy leh... see so cute leh...."

"Promise u will walk it ah..." The mother replies.

"Yeah, yeah, promise i will walk it everyday..."

The mother buys the dog.

==fast forward to 2 yrs later==

"wah lau, juz help me walk ONCE lah... oso wun die one... i need to do my homework lor!!!"

Let me ask. how long does walking ONE dog take??!!? at the most 10 mins only lor. or let's see a more practical example:

"help me walk my dog leh..i damned tired leh...."

"u better bathe ur dog ah, see full of sores n he's scratching all over... n so smelly oso..." the mother reminds the girl.

"..."

yeah. PROMISE. so, dis person is not very good at keeping their promises. den can she expect the ppl around her to do the same?

back to the story. anyway. den i offered to walk her dog for $5. she did not reply, so therefore, i took it dat silence means consent. so i walked her dog. after all, i have been walking her dog more den she does.

so, $16-$5=$11. den yesterday, she insisted dat i owed her $17. i was like, since when??!?!? i only owed her $11 lor.

when she did not get her way, she went to her blog n accused her mother of being biased bcos the mother did not scold me.

NOTE: the mother did not even have anyting to do wif dis.

i guess it's cos she is calls herself a princess. n so expects to be treated like one.
